Looking for a conveyancing role where your experience is genuinely valued, you can work autonomously, and you're part of a team that takes pride in doing great work - without the expectation of working crazy hours?

This established and highly regarded law firm has a long history within the Redcliffe community and a strong reputation built on personalised service, repeat clients and referrals. They are now looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their close-knit team.

The Role

Working alongside one other experienced Conveyancer, you'll take ownership of your own matters and manage a busy residential conveyancing workload from start to finish.

The role will suit someone who is confident in their technical knowledge, enjoys working autonomously and takes pride in providing a high level of client service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing residential conveyancing files from commencement through to settlement
• Preparing and reviewing contracts and related documentation
• Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors and other stakeholders
• Managing searches, enquiries, settlements and post-settlement matters
• Using LEAP and PEXA to manage files and settlements
• Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring deadlines are met
• Providing practical, professional advice and keeping clients informed throughout their matter
• Managing a busy workload while maintaining a high standard of work

The team currently handles approximately 100 contracts per month, so this is a busy and established conveyancing practice - but one where quality and client service remain a priority.

About You

You'll be an experienced Conveyancer who is comfortable managing your own files and can hit the ground running.

Ideally, you will have:

• Solid experience in residential conveyancing
• The ability to independently manage files from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and settlement requirements
• Experience with LEAP and PEXA
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The confidence to work autonomously while being a collaborative team member
• A genuine pride in the quality of your work
