Job summary

Square Yards is seeking an independent Property Investment Consultant in Parramatta, NSW. You’ll build your own client base, run discovery sessions, and tailor investment strategies using our brand, products and support teams. This is commission-only, uncapped, with a clear path to a PAYG role after a successful first two months.

You control your schedule and earn based on results. You’ll have access to our in-house mortgage and property management teams, training from experienced consultants,

Qualifications

• Sales experience in real estate, finance or a consultative client-facing role.
• An existing network or proven ability to generate your own leads.
• Confidence discussing financial concepts with clients.
• Strong communication skills and genuine interest in property investment.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline.
• Active ABN (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage your own leads and client relationships.
• Run discovery sessions to understand clients’ financial goals and borrowing capacity.
• Build and present strategies across off-the-plan, house and land, co-living and more.
• Guide clients through to settlement with our in-house teams.
• Keep client records up to date in our CRM.
