Job summary

Freedom Property Investors is Australia’s #1 property investment group and is seeking a Consultant in our Sydney CBD office. You will speak with warm leads, drive high-quality Discovery Sessions, and build urgency without cold calling.

You’ll earn a base salary of 60K–80K with an OTE of 120K–160K. This is a full-time, in-office role with Monday to Friday, plus elite daily training and a clear path into Specialist or Leadership roles within 12–24 months.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work full-time in Sydney CBD office.
• No property experience required; training provided.
• Ability to hit daily KPIs and take feedback well.

• Speak with warm, marketing-generated leads (no cold calling).
• Build trust quickly and drive booked Discovery Sessions with our senior team.
• Follow a proven structure to hit clear daily KPIs.
