House Finder is looking for a Client Strategist in Sydney to guide clients at the start of their property investment journey, translating goals into a clear acquisition strategy. You will work with our management, agents and the wider team from the Sydney CBD office, maintaining ongoing communication and shaping client expectations throughout the search.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, market insight and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property investment, or client strategy is required.
• Strong relationship-building and client-management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategy and onboarding meetings with new clients
• Understand each client's financial position, investment goals, risk profile and long-term objectives
• Assist in developing clear property investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Prepare and maintain detailed client property briefs
• Work closely with buyers agents and acquisition teams to communicate client requirements
• Provide clients with regular updates throughout the property search process
• Explain market strategies, property fundamentals and investment considerations in a clear and professional manner
• Manage client expectations around pricing, locations, property types and market conditions
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, client records and strategy documentation
• Ensure consistent communication standards across the client journey
