RTC Group is a NSW-based maintenance and construction services provider specializing in property assessment surveys for NSW Land and Housing Corporation. We seek Property Inspectors to cover New South Wales with options for full-time employment or subcontracting via ABN, using iPad-based software to inspect tenanted properties and report on conditions and safety issues.

Ideal candidates have building-industry experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Minimum three (3) years’ demonstrated experience in the building industry.
• Ability to travel regionally on a regular basis.

Responsabilités

• Conduct quality property inspection inspections against set assessment criteria.
• Utilise an iPad to scope using customised software.
• Identify and report defects or safety concerns.
• Schedule and book inspections with residents.
