Estia Health is seeking a Property Essential Services and Contracts Manager to coordinate and support management of our property assets across NSW. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team on central planning, scheduling and contracting of maintenance, capex, audits and reporting.
You’ll support home-based staff to develop, maintain and improve asset maintenance and compliance, ensure essential services stay compliant with AS 1851-2012, and manage contractor systems.

The Property Essential Services and Contracts Manager will effectively coordinate and support management of Estia Health's property assets. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team with responsibility for central planning, scheduling and contracting of ongoing maintenance and capital upgrades, audits & reporting and providing specialist advice.
Working closely with our Property Service Managers (PSM), you'll support home-based staff in order to develop, maintain and improve asset maintenance and compliance.
