The City of Port Phillip is seeking a Property Development Associate to join our dynamic team in St Kilda. This 12-month role focuses on delivering development projects that enhance the Council's property portfolio and community outcomes.

You will coordinate consultants, undertake due diligence, assess development options, and engage stakeholders to support planning approvals while negotiating leases, purchases and sales of property with a commercial mindset.

• Provide quality, council-wide advice to the Executive leadership and wider network.
