• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of land acquisition, subdivision and development projects.
• Assist in tracking project progress, key milestones, approvals and outstanding matters.
• Liaise with councils, authorities, consultants, contractors and other external parties.
• Coordinate and follow up with town planners, engineers, surveyors and other project consultants.
• Assist with project documentation, correspondence, reports and record keeping.
• Conduct property, market and project-related research as required.
• Follow up on project matters and assist in keeping projects progressing as scheduled.
• Assist the project team with other tasks as required.
