HSN Property Group, based in Sydney, is seeking an experienced accountant to manage day-to-day transactions and reconciliations within its property and construction arm. The role involves BAS preparation, cash flow reporting, and close collaboration with suppliers and auditors to ensure accurate financials.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Australian experience, a degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce, and strong Excel/Xero skills.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Australia.
• Experience in property and/or construction accounting (preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and Xero proficiency.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Perform bank, creditors, intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation of BAS.
• Cash flow monitoring and reporting.
• Liaising with external suppliers/contractors.
• Assist with audit requirements.
• General clerical duties, including emails and calls.
• Ongoing bookkeeping and financial management activities.
• Supporting ad-hoc reporting.
