Crawford & Company in Sydney is seeking a Property Claims Consultant to manage a portfolio of property claims from lodgement through to resolution, supporting customers while building your technical knowledge.

The role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year in claims or general insurance, who communicates confidently with customers and stakeholders and wants to grow their career. Hybrid work: three days in the office and two at home.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of claims, general insurance or similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of property claims from lodgement to resolution.
• Support and guide customers throughout the claims process.
• Review claim documents, policies and coverage information.
• Investigate claims and gather relevant information.
• Liaise with customers, insurers and service providers.
• Assist with claim assessments, reserves and settlements.
