Guild Insurance's Claims team is seeking a Property Claims Specialist to manage a portfolio of commercial property claims end to end, delivering positive outcomes for customers while developing technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Previous claims experience within the general insurance industry, ideally within commercial property claims.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• ANZIIF qualifications or equivalent insurance qualifications will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of property claims from notification through to settlement.
• Develop and execute claim strategies that support positive customer outcomes.
• Make indemnity decisions, manage reserves and oversee claim progression.
• Work closely with customers, brokers, assessors, repairers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage complaints and complex customer conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify opportunities to improve claims processes, service delivery and customer outcomes.
