Job summary

Downer is inviting applications to join our permanent workforce in Townsville for a Property & Asset Services Manager role. You will lead PAS services across Defence bases/regions, ensuring contract compliance, budgeting and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a Diploma/degree in facilities or related fields, leadership experience in FM, and the ability to obtain an AGSFA clearance. A strong track record in Defence or large-scale FM is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Business, Asset Management or Project Management (mandatory).
• Trade qualifications in building, mechanical, electrical or related fields (desirable).
• White Card and site access credentials (desirable).
• Ability to obtain and retain an AGSFA Security Clearance.
• Extensive experience in facilities or asset management with leadership accountability.
• Strong track record of contract delivery within Defence or comparable large-scale FM environments.
• Financial management, forecasting and subcontractor management experience.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
