Job summary

In this Monday–Friday role with flexible start/finish times, you will collaborate with facilities, corporate services, and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate records and effective processes across the district.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in systems and data management, financial analysis and reporting.
• Governance and audit coordination; maintaining accurate records and registers.

Responsibilities

• Review priorities and action registers; maintain property and asset information.
• Lead leasing and property matters; assist procurement, projects and audits as needed.
• Coordinate actions with suppliers and stakeholders; ensure timely investigation and resolution.
