Job summary

Horizon Housing Realty (HHR) is a not-for-profit real estate agency delivering specialist property management services to investors across Queensland. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, assist the Property Manager with leasing activities, and help maintain accurate property and tenancy data in our systems.

You will support RTA bond processes, rental collection operations, and coordination with CHL and HHR teams to ensure sustainable tenancies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act and related schemes preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality housing for all.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing activities, coordinate viewings, and support applications.
• Maintain accurate property and tenancy data across required systems.
• Assist with RTA Bond processes and loans.
• Help ensure timely rental collection and arrears operations.
