Job summary

Crusader Caravans is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator to maintain the Pronto ERP system, manage material planning and ensure stock availability for production. You will work across multiple SKUs and BOMs, collaborating with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing and MRP to resolve inventory and supply issues.

The role focuses on maintaining ERP data integrity, conducting stocktakes, and investigating discrepancies to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supply chain and inventory control experience.
• Experience maintaining ERP data accuracy and BOM alignment.
• Ability to monitor stock against production demand and investigate variances.

Responsibilities

• Manage material planning and purchasing through Pronto MRP.
• Monitor stock availability and identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Investigate stock variances and discrepancies between physical stock and Pronto.
• Conduct physical stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Maintain ERP master data including part numbers, units of measure and BOM data.
• Create new part numbers and ensure system data is complete.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete and ageing stock to reduce working capital.
• Review open purchase orders and supplier delivery performance.
• Support month-end inventory reconciliation and align stock with records.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, MRP, Design and QA teams.
