Job summary

Reporting to the Priority Apprenticeships Manager Gippsland, you will assist with policy implementation, project management and stakeholder engagement across government agencies, industry partners and the training system.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification desirable.
• Experience supporting policy implementation and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist administrative and corporate support expertise.
• Prepare reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues that impact at program or organisational level.
• Develop and implement operational communication and consultation strategies for specific projects.
• Prepare project scopes and briefs within broad parameters.
• Draft reports and recommendations by interpreting and analysing data.
