• Lead operation and continuous improvement of Apprenticeships Victoria's programs.
• Manage grants, budgets and performance reporting across programs.
• Develop service delivery models within business plans and objectives.
• Engage with external stakeholders and represent the work area.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, and ensure governance alignment.
• Drive data-informed improvements to efficiency and service quality.
