Job summary

ACEREZ, a consortium of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, seeks a projects and infrastructure lawyer with 5–6 years PQE for commercial legal support across delivery, procurement and governance.

You will draft and negotiate contracts (NDAs, consultancy and project documents), advise on regulatory obligations, mentor junior lawyers and coordinate with external advisers to enable timely delivery of major energy infrastructure in Australia.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5-6 years' post-qualification legal experience in infrastructure/renewable energy.
• Experience advising on complex issues in major projects, with exposure to contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.
• Experience with procurement, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, consultancy and project delivery contracts.
• Advise on contract compliance, regulatory obligations, and project risks.
• Support procurement through review of procurement documents and terms.
• Assist with claims management and contract administration.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support capability development.
