Job summary

Exclaim IT is seeking a Project Training Officer to support a SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud upgrade. You will develop practical learning resources and deliver engaging training to staff, helping them gain confidence with the new system.

The role is based in Brisbane CBD with a 50/50 work-from-home arrangement and travel to regional Queensland. Key responsibilities include delivering sessions in person, virtually and in blended formats, creating user guides and eLearning content,

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering training for SAP, S/4HANA or other financial systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build engaging learning resources and programmes.

About the role

Be part of a finance modernisation programme as it moves from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. As Project Training Officer, you'll help staff build confidence with the new system by creating practical learning resources and delivering engaging training. The role is based in Brisbane CBD, offers a 50/50 work-from-home arrangement and includes travel to regional Queensland.

• Experience supporting an SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration.

Skills and experience

• Bring a track record in developing and delivering training programmes, clear communication and presentation skills, strong stakeholder relationships, and the ability to meet deadlines.
