Job summary

GMC Surveying is seeking Project Surveyors for multiple projects across Australia. The role includes team collaboration and unsupervised FIFO or DIDO work from Cairns, with reporting to Survey Managers on project progress.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma of Surveying or higher, have a minimum of 3 years' surveying experience, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication with a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Surveying or above.
• At least 3 years' surveying experience.
• Experience using Trimble GPS and Total Station.
• Sound verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present yourself and the business professionally.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects across Australia in teams or independently.
• Operate in FIFO or DIDO roles from Cairns.
• Report to Survey Managers on project progress.

GMCS is currently seeking Project Surveyors for a number of projects across Australia. We are currently looking for Surveyors who areself-motivated and expected to not only work as part of a team, but also unsupervised in FIFO or DIDO roles out of Cairns. Thepositions reportinternally through to, and work with, our Survey Managers.

You must have the right to work in Australia and the preferred candidates will have:

Experience using Trimble GPS and Total Station

Diploma of Surveying or above

At least 3 years’ surveying experience

Sound verbal and written communication

The ability to present yourself and the business professionally
