Job summary

Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) is seeking a Project Support Officer to join the Foundation Skills and Training and Assessment (TAE) team in Canberra. You will provide administrative, student support and compliance services across accredited training programs, helping students from enrolment through to completion.

You will work closely with learners, educators and stakeholders to coordinate student administration, monitor compliance, maintain records and contribute to quality assurance

Qualifications

• Experience in education administration and student services.
• Familiarity with enrolment-to-completion processes.
• Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance.

Details: Join CIT’s Foundation Skills and Training and Assessment (TAE) team and play a vital role in supporting high-quality vocational education and training outcomes. As a Project Support Officer, you will provide administrative, student support and compliance services across accredited training programs, helping students from enrolment through to completion. Working closely with learners, educators and stakeholders, you will coordinate student administration processes, monitor compliance requirements, maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement activities that support the success of CIT’s programs and students.
