Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking experienced Site/Project Administrators to join the Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across Coal Mines in the Bowen Basin. This role offers exposure to multiple sites and a pathway for redeployment within Monadelphous, with both permanent and casual positions available.

Responsibilities

• Weekly invoicing and client claims.
• Procurement and purchase order management.
• Cost tracking and variance analysis.
• Credit card reconciliation.
• Daily timesheet entry and weekly payroll for 40+ employees.
• Admin support to site manager and project team.
• Travel and medical bookings.
• Assist with site compliance and onboarding.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown services across multiple sites.

There are various rosters across our different works, permanent and casual positions available.

Must be flexible to be based on site when required.
