Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking experienced Site/Project Administrators to join our Mackay Operations Team for shutdown work across multiple coal mines, offering permanent and casual rosters. Flexibility to be based on site is required, with exposure to multiple Bowen Basin sites and a strong safety culture.

Key duties include invoicing, procurement, cost tracking, payroll, timesheet entry, and administration for project teams.

Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Site/Project Administrators to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across various Coal Mines in the Bowen Basin. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown services across multiple sites.

There are various rosters across our different works, permanent and casual positions available.

Must be flexible to be based on site when required.
