Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking an experienced Project Planner / Scheduler to join a large enterprise technology environment in Melbourne. This initial 2-month contract starts immediately, with a possibility of extension.

You will build detailed project plans from scratch, manage schedules and dependencies, and provide clear visibility of progress to technical teams and stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Project and Agile/SAFe delivery is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining project plans using Microsoft Project.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, dependencies, milestones and timelines.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to track progress and identify scheduling risks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in enterprise technology environments and Agile/SAFe delivery is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced Project Planner / Scheduler to join a large enterprise technology environment.

Contract: Initial 2-month contract

This is a hands-on planning role suited to someone who enjoys building project plans from scratch, managing schedules and tracking progress to keep activities on track. You'll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to coordinate timelines, manage dependencies and provide clear visibility of project progress.
