We are seeking project and program support / PMO officers to work with our multidisciplinary teams, to support the delivery of complex ICT and non-ICT projects in Commonwealth delivery environments.This role is based in the ACT.
This role would be ideal for an experienced project or program support officer, or for someone pursuing a career as a project manager.
The role requires you to:
Provide administrative support to project teams.
Assist in the development, coordination and delivery of a range of project planning and reporting artefacts including plans, schedules, budgets, logs and reporting dashboards.
Demonstrate flexibility to provide varying support based on the requirements of our clients.
Coordinate and support meetings, including undertaking secretariat duties such as scheduling meetings, developing agendas, recording minutes, recording and managing actions.
Build and foster productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, as well as demonstrate ability to work with autonomy to complete tasks with minimum supervision.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance and Australian work rights.
The following skills and experience are highly desirable:
A Bachelor’s degree, completed or in progress.
Previous experience as a project and program support officer/coordinator.
A relevant certification in project and program management (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent).
