Job summary

The Shed House is seeking a highly motivated, detail-focused professional to join our Sunshine Coast Hinterland team. You will work at the heart of our operations to deliver timely, professional, and high-quality outcomes for clients and our trade network.

You will assist owners with agendas, organise project files and contracts, and ensure timelines and approvals are on track. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Adobe is expected, with experience using DocuSign and maintaining client portals.

Qualifications

• Excellent project coordination and organisational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist business owners with progressive agenda items to ensure deadlines are met.
• Organise and manage project files with version control of plans, quotes, engineering, and approvals.
• Ensure projects are tracking on schedule.
• Organise and obtain trade and supplier quotes with all required elements.
• Prepare contracts and supporting documentation with attention to inclusions, exclusions, and terms.
