This leading performance marketing agency seeks a spirited digital Senior Account Manager with 5+ years of experience to drive client revenue and lead strategic campaigns across property, education & NF4 client industries, whilst inspiring the team!

The Opportunity:

• Support the General Manager and work within the wider digital meeting (property) team
• Work with a team of enthusiastic account managers across lead generation, automation, SEO & organic content for clients
• Lead content and community management
• Lead and develop creative concepts for campaigns
• Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure efficient workflow within the studio
• Be a key resource within our growing team
• Develop strategic marketing campaigns that generate ROI for our customers
• Work closely with internal digital producers to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Engage and collaborate with client stakeholders (up to and including director level)
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships
• Consistently achieve revenue management targets
• Drive business development strategy and processes
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand current clients' services
• Collaborate with the team on our new products and projects

You:

• Live in Melbourne
• Have at least 5 years of agency digital marketing experience
• Currently working in a Senior Account Manager or newly-appointed Account Director role
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering property sales and marketing campaigns (with a strong focus on digital strategy)
• Experience managing large budgets ($1million+)
• Significant experience in developing multi-channel customer acquisition and retention plans
• A minimum of four years of account management experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital marketing or digital advertising are a bonus!
• Deadline-driven
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
