Job summary

JPS Executive Search & Selection in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial new builds valued between $5M and $100M across Brisbane. You’ll oversee one to three projects, depending on size, with opportunities across industrial, aged care and other commercial sectors.

The role requires a well-rounded PM who can manage stakeholders, ownership of programme, commercial performance and overall delivery. 50/50 site and office split, Newstead office.

Qualifications

• PM experience across commercial new builds.
• Experience delivering projects valued $15M+ per project.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial new builds from commencement through to handover
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Manage client relationships, consultants and project reporting
• Maintain safety, quality and programme outcomes
• Coordinate multiple projects where required
