Job summary

Randstad is seeking a proven Project Manager to deliver optimal outcomes (time, cost, quality, safety) across multi-disciplinary Target Rate Work Packages and capital works on the Gold Coast. You will lead the PM support team and manage key delivery partner relationships in a collaborative environment.

You will coordinate package delivery, drive tender inputs, cost forecasting, budget development, and supervise Project Engineers and field staff in commercial processes, aiming for value-for-money

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary capital works and Target Rate Work Packages.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work packages and engage stakeholders.
• Experience in tendering, cost forecasting and budget development.

• Manage, coordinate, and execute multiple Target Rate Work Packages simultaneously.
• Drive tender inputs, procurement activities, cost forecasting, budget development, and progress tracking.
• Select, onboard, and manage delivery partners, design partners, and sub-contractors.
• Lead collaborative relationships with Design Partners to integrate feedback for value-for-money outcomes.
• Coach and mentor Project Engineers and field staff in project management, estimating, and commercial processes.

About the Role

Looking for a proven Project Manager to deliver optimal project outcomes (time, cost, quality, safety) across multi-disciplinary Target Rate Work Packages and minor/major capital works. Operating in a collaborative partnership environment, you will lead the PM support team (PEs, Supervisors, Coordinators) and manage key delivery partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Package Delivery: Manage, coordinate, and execute multiple Target Rate Work Packages simultaneously, including technical reporting and fiscal control.

Estimating & Tendering: Drive tender inputs, procurement activities, cost forecasting, budget development, and progress tracking.

Partner & Subcontractor Management: Select, onboard, and manage delivery partners, design partners, and sub-contractors.

Design & Stakeholder Input: Lead collaborative relationships with Design Partners to integrate community, environmental, and operations feedback for value-for-money outcomes.

Team Leadership: Coach and mentor Project Engineers and field staff in project management, estimating, and commercial processes
