Job summary

HR Partners is seeking a proven Project Manager to deliver optimal outcomes across multi-disciplinary capital works and Target Rate Work Packages, in a collaborative partnership environment.

You will lead the PM support team and manage key delivery partner relationships, driving tender inputs, cost forecasting, budgeting, and progress tracking.

Based in Bundall or Arundel, QLD, the role offers an ASAP start with potential extension to mid-Jan 2027 at a rate of $90-120/hr.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multi-disciplinary capital works projects.
• Ability to lead PM support teams and manage delivery partner relationships.
• Experience in tendering, cost forecasting, budgeting and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Package Delivery: Manage multiple Target Rate Work Packages with reporting and fiscal control.
• Estimating & Tendering: Drive tender inputs, procurement activities, cost forecasting, budget development, and progress tracking.
• Partner & Subcontractor Management: Select, onboard, and manage delivery partners, design partners, and sub-contractors.
• Design & Stakeholder Input: Lead collaboration with Design Partners to integrate community, environmental, and operations feedback for value-for-money outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Coach and mentor Project Engineers and field staff in project management, estimating, and commercial processes.
