Job summary

Pioneer Credit Ltd in Perth, WA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead our technology and transformation program. You will translate complex initiatives into clear delivery plans, align business, technology and external partners, and drive successful outcomes across AI-enabled solutions, CCaaS, and enterprise platforms.

You will manage budgets, risks and dependencies, foster collaboration with sponsors and leaders, and apply adaptable delivery discipline to evolving environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology, systems or digital transformation projects.
• Strong end-to-end project delivery capability.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, system implementations, integrations, data or significant business change.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability.
• Confidence managing risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Ability to bring structure and momentum to complex or evolving environments.
• Experience across agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI, enterprise SaaS, CCaaS/contact centre, collections or workflow platforms would be highly regarded.
• Financial services or other complex operational environments is essential

Project Manager - Technology & Transformation

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us deliver it.

You’ll be working across a varied portfolio. From AI-enabled solutions and contact centre technology through to enterprise system replacement, digital capability and operational transformation.

This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone who enjoys taking complex initiatives, creating clarity around what needs to happen and bringing business, technology and vendors together to make it happen.

What you'll be doing

As our Project Manager, you’ll:

Lead technology and transformation projects from planning through implementation and transition to BAU.

Turn complex initiatives into clear delivery plans, milestones, priorities and accountabilities.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, technology and external partners.

Drive decisions, resolve blockers and keep delivery moving.

What you'll bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting into the substance of a project. Understanding what we’re trying to achieve, how the pieces fit together and what needs to happen to get it delivered.

Experience delivering complex technology, systems or digital transformation projects.

Strong end‑to‑end project delivery capability.

Experience with enterprise platforms, system implementations, integrations, data or significant business change.

Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability.

Confidence managing risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities.

The ability to bring structure and momentum to complex or evolving environments.

Experience working across agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.

Strong communication, facilitation and problem‑solving skills.

Experience with AI, enterprise SaaS, CCaaS/contact centre, collections or workflow platforms would be highly regarded.

Financial services or other complex operational environments is essential
