Job summary

MyndShift Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the restart of a silver mine in the Cobar Basin, Central West NSW. Reporting to the GM of Mining, you will oversee end-to-end delivery, planning, execution and stakeholder coordination to achieve safety, operational and commercial objectives.

You'll build and lead a high-performing surface mining team across operations and maintenance, manage budgets, timelines and risk, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the mining sector.
• Strong background in surface mining operations.
• Experience in mine restart, ramp-up, or brownfield project environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and contracts.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Our client, a well-established ASX-listed mining contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the restart of mining operations at a silver mine in the Cobar Basin, Central West NSW. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to play a key part in bringing a significant asset back into production.

About the Role

Reporting to the GM of Mining, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the mine restart project. This includes planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring all operational, safety, and commercial objectives are achieved. Along with this build a high performing team across Maintenance & Production at this open-cut mine operation.
