Myndshift Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the restart of mining operations at a silver mine in the Cobar Basin, Central West NSW. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, safety, and stakeholder coordination across maintenance and production teams.

The role requires proven mining project management experience, strong leadership, and a track record of managing budgets and contracts on complex brownfield projects.

Qualifications

• Proven project manager experience in the mining sector.
• Strong surface mining knowledge.
• Experience with mine restart, ramp-up, or brownfield projects is a plus.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead restart of surface mining operations from planning to execution.
