Job summary

MyndShift Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the restart of a silver mine in the Cobar Basin, Central West NSW. Reporting to the GM of Mining, you will oversee end-to-end delivery, planning, execution and stakeholder coordination to achieve safety, operational and commercial objectives.

You'll build and lead a high-performing surface mining team across operations and maintenance, manage budgets, timelines and risk, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the mining sector.
• Strong background in surface mining operations.
• Experience in mine restart, ramp-up, or brownfield project environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and contracts.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the restart of surface mining operations from planning through to execution.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including operations, maintenance, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement.
• Engage with key stakeholders including site leadership, corporate teams, and external partners.
• Deliver the project on time and within budget while maintaining high safety standards.
