Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Development, Commerce or a related field.
• 3-5 years experience in property development or construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations; tenancy coordination.
• Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing property development projects from concept to completion.
• Support the Development Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Analysing developments and projects.
• Tenancy Co-ordination on Retail projects, together with Contract Administration.
• PCG meeting agenda’s and minute collation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts and permits.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project development.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth project operations.
