Job summary

Sharp & Carter, on behalf of Queensland Corrective Services, is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Support Officer to drive a major procurement transformation program in Brisbane. You will coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, engage stakeholders and support ERP and digital transformation initiatives including VendorPanel and SAP S/4HANA.

The role sits within the Procurement and Contract Management Group and reports to the Chief Procurement Officer.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in complex organisations.

• Strong governance, risk and issue management capability.
• Track record of driving business process improvements.
• Experience working with vendors and implementation partners.
• Exposure to ERP or procurement transformation projects.

Project Manager / Senior Project Support Officer Procurement Transformation Program | Brisbane CBD

Lead meaningful transformation within a major Queensland Government organisation.

Sharp & Carter is partnering with Queensland Corrective Services to recruit a Project Manager / Senior Project Support Officer to support the delivery of a significant procurement transformation program. This role sits within the Procurement and Contract Management Group and will play a key role in the implementation of strategic initiatives including VendorPanel and SAP S/4 Hana.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on project professional who enjoys combining project delivery, stakeholder engagement, business improvement and systems implementation within a complex enterprise environment.

Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, you will support the successful delivery of multiple procurement uplift initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, implementation partners and project teams. The role offers broad exposure across project management, process improvement, change management and digital transformation activities.
