Job summary

TalentWeb | B Corp in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager to lead two client-side projects: a $180m education masterplan and a $15m commercial heritage refurbishment. You will work with a Project Director to oversee design, approvals, procurement and construction, ensuring milestones are met on an active campus.

A degree in Construction, Engineering, Property or related discipline and strong end-to-end delivery experience across education or heritage projects are preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE

An excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to take a key role across two significant client-side projects.

The primary project is a $180m masterplan for a leading independent school, involving the staged planning and delivery of major new and upgraded facilities across an operational campus.

You will also work across a $15m commercial heritage refurbishment, managing the complexities associated with upgrading an existing heritage asset while coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.

Working alongside an experienced Project Director, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of the projects across design, approvals, procurement and construction.
