Job summary

Jointly is a commercial construction business delivering high quality projects at Melbourne Airport. We seek a Project Manager to lead site and office teams through complex airport works, driving safety, schedule and cost control.

With 4–7 years in commercial construction and Design & Construct experience, you will use Aconex/Procore/MS Project to manage procurement, programmes and client relationships to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Airport project experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technically complex projects with Design & Construct focus.
• Good working knowledge of Aconex, Procore & MS Project.
• 4-7 years of commercial construction project management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.
• Monitor progress of projects to ensure deadlines & budget limitations.
• Manage all facets of procurement and subcontractor management via Procore.
• Preparation of detailed construction programmes.
• Provide leadership to a team of contract & project administrators.
• Liaise with clients and architects to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Project Manager (Construction) – Jointly

You will be hardworking and enthusiastic, responsible for managing projects from start to finish, leading the site and office team to deliver successful outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:
