Longreach Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for a WA-based construction company specializing in medium-density, apartment developments and bespoke residential builds. The role oversees a $20m 5-storey luxury apartment project in the Western Suburbs, with elements of contract administration.

You will lead from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets and specifications are met, while coordinating with an experienced team on quality projects within a family-friendly business structure.

Qualifications

• Delivered similar projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software, including Pro-Core & MS Projects.
• Experience working with mid-tier commercial builders.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills when dealing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of a $20m, 5-storey luxury apartment build in the Western Suburbs.
• Include contract administration responsibilities as part of the role.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
• Utilise MS Projects and Pro-Core for planning and tracking progress.
• Liaise with site teams and external stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.

Our client is a WA owned and operated construction company specialising in medium-density, apartment developments & bespoke residential builds across Western Australia. With over 25 years of industry experience, the team is dedicated to collaborating closely with clients to bring property development concepts to life. Working with a diverse client base, the company provides reliable guidance, clear communication, and structured project delivery. A strong emphasis is placed on professionalism, accountability, and achieving outcomes that meet agreed timelines, budgets, and specifications. They are now seeking a talented Project Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role will oversee the delivery of a $20m 5 storey luxury apartment build in the Western Suburbs consisting of 16 apartments & 2 basement levels (Top down construction). This role will include elements of contract administration.
