Job summary

Euroline, a Sydney-based architectural joinery company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver joinery projects from conversion through construction to handover. You will lead a collaborative team, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability across multiple projects.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and ability to manage client expectations. Proficiency with Jobpac or similar software is preferred. Join our growth-focused team in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage joinery projects up to $5m+
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques and production constraints
• Strong project financial reporting skills
• Understanding of tender processes and preliminary costings
• Knowledge of project performance measures and client obligations

• Ability to manage client expectations
• Proficiency in Jobpac (or similar) software

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to be part of our ever-growing team. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive team environment that are committed to growth and high-quality delivery. This role will be responsible for delivering safe, high quality and profitable joinery projects from conversion, through construction to hand over, finalisation and review.

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties:

• Manage and acquire labour resources
• Programme works to completion dates
• Maintaining a high level of Quality
• Manage Health & Safety
• Liaising with subcontractors and clients
• Manage multiple joinery installation projects
• Leading, Mentoring & Educating team members (including apprentices)

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

• Proven ability to deliver successful joinery projects up to $5m+
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques and the production process and constraints
• Strong project financial reporting skills
• Understanding of tender processes, including preliminary costings
• In-depth knowledge of key project performance measures, including client and builder obligations
• Strong leadership capability to build and motivate teams to deliver high quality projects
• Ability to deliver to and manage client expectations
• Proficiency in Jobpac (or similar) software
