Job summary

Woods & Co Recruitment, in partnership with a leading interiors business delivering high-end residential and commercial projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own interior projects from start to finish. You will coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

You will manage schedules, budgets and procurement, monitor costs and variations, and maintain high standards of quality and safety across all projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager in interiors, construction or fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgets, variations and procurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What you'll be doing

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams
• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and construction programs
• Monitoring project costs, variations, timelines and overall project progress
• Conducting site meetings and coordinating day-to-day project activities
• Liaising directly with clients and key project stakeholders
• Reviewing plans, drawings and project documentation
• Managing procurement and ensuring materials are delivered in line with project requirements
• Identifying and resolving project issues to keep projects on track
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship across all projects
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client expectations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within interiors, construction, fit-out or a related industry
• Strong understanding of construction and interior fit-out processes
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgets, variations and procurement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and project outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
• Reliable, organised and committed to delivering projects on time
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
