Job summary

Seek is seeking an experienced Joinery Project Manager in Sydney to oversee multi-site high-end residential and commercial fitouts from handover through to completion. You will coordinate design, drafting, workshop and installation teams while maintaining quality and budget controls.

The ideal candidate has a trade qualification in joinery/cabinet making, 3–5+ years of project management experience, and strong communication skills to liaise with architects, builders and clients throughout

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in joinery/cabinet making essential.
• 3–5+ years experience managing joinery projects.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed joinery drawings.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple joinery projects from handover to completion.
• Coordinate design, drafting, workshop and installation teams.
• Liaise with architects, builders, designers and clients as required.
• Coordinate workshop production and site installation schedules.
• Monitor progress to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams during installation.
• Attend site visits and project meetings.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Review drawings, plans and project documentation.
• Maintain clear and accurate project records.
