The Project Manager will lead and coordinate implementation of the Maranoa Housing Strategy, converting the strategy's priority actions into a structured, time-bound and accountable delivery program and action plan. The role will provide project leadership across Council functions, maintain the housing activation pipeline, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, prepare funding-ready projects, support investment attraction and ensure that housing activation initiatives progress from investigation and planning, through to practical delivery outcomes.
The role is intended to strengthen Council's capacity to respond to housing pressures affecting workforce attraction, economic development, service delivery and community wellbeing, while ensuring that actions are delivered in accordance with Council policy, governance requirements, funding obligations and relevant legislation.
