Maranoa Regional Council is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Housing Strategy, translating priorities into a structured delivery program and coordinating across Council functions and external partners. The role supports investment attraction and ensures actions progress from planning to practical delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing, urban development or regional growth initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple Council functions and external partners.
• Proven track record preparing business cases, funding submissions and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Maranoa Housing Strategy and delivery program.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Maintain the housing activation pipeline and dashboard; monitor sites and funding opportunities.
• Coordinate Council teams on land activation, infrastructure works and planning requirements.
• Support development of priority housing sites for delivery, partnerships or leases.
• Build relationships with developers, housing providers and government agencies.
