Job summary

Talent Guys Llc on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst for a six-month contract. The role blends IT project delivery with business analysis across a broad program of technology modernisation and transformation.

You will work with the IT Lead, engaging stakeholders, managing requirements, and coordinating vendors to ensure governance, delivery momentum and successful go-live across Microsoft 365, information management, cloud and legacy systems.

Project Manager / Business Analyst

Business Analyst / Project Manager - 6 month contract - Gold Coast

Join a well-established Gold Coast organisation currently undertaking a broad program of technology modernisation and business transformation. With several projects underway across Microsoft 365, information management, cloud and legacy systems, they are looking for an experienced IT Project & Business Analyst to help bring structure, momentum and strong business engagement to their technology portfolio.

Working closely with the IT Lead, you will take a hands‑on role across both project delivery and business analysis, supporting multiple technology initiatives from initial discovery and requirements through to implementation, go‑live and transition into BAU. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, map current and future‑state processes, coordinate delivery activities and ensure projects have fit‑for‑purpose governance and controls. Key areas of focus will include:

• Modern Workplace and Microsoft 365 transformation
• SharePoint Online and information management initiatives
• Network drive rationalisation and migration
• Legacy platform replacement and modernisation
• Cloud migration and business readiness
• Business process improvement
• System integrations and data flows
• Testing, UAT, cutover and go‑live coordination
• Change, communications, training and user adoption
• Vendor and implementation partner coordination
• Project planning, RAID management, reporting and governance

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced technology delivery professional with a strong blend of IT project management and business analysis skills. You will be comfortable working across multiple concurrent initiatives and capable of introducing structure and governance without creating unnecessary process. Ideally, you will bring:

• Strong experience delivering IT and business transformation projects end‑to‑end
• Hands‑on business analysis experience including requirements gathering, workshops and process mapping
• Strong project planning, governance, RAID and delivery coordination capability
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 environments
• Exposure to SharePoint Online, Modern Workplace or information/document management initiatives
• Experience with technology migrations, legacy system replacement or cloud projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical environments
• Experience coordinating vendors, implementation partners and third‑party providers
• Experience supporting UAT, business readiness, change and adoption
• The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and drive outcomes
• Experience with ERP implementations, Power Platform, Power BI, ITSM, cyber/security initiatives or operational technology environments
