Job summary

ISS is seeking a Village Manager to lead remote accommodation villages across Australia, including Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane. You will oversee catering, housekeeping, facilities, administration and guest experiences, driving operational excellence and strong client partnerships in a remote environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires 3+ years’ experience in village or large-scale hospitality settings, with proven ability to manage 50+ staff, and a strong focus on safety and成本

• Experience managing mining villages, camps, resorts, or large-scale hospitality operations (min 3 years).
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 50+ employees.
• Strong commercial, operational and financial acumen.

The Opportunity

FIFO Village Manager | Locations: Perth, Adelaide & Brisbane

As Village Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful operation of a remote accommodation village, leading multifunctional teams across:

• Catering & Hospitality Services
• Housekeeping & Cleaning
• Facilities Management
• Administration
• Mine Site Cleaning
• Guest Experience & Client Relationships

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive operational performance, inspire teams, build strong client partnerships, and ensure every resident receives an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and managing large, diverse teams across multiple service streams

What We’re Looking For

We're interested in hearing from leaders who have:

• Previous experience managing mining villages, camps, resorts, hotels, or large-scale hospitality operations(Minimum of 3 years)
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 50+ employees
• Strong commercial, operational and financial acumen
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance and risk management
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills
• Unrestricted Australian working rights

Highly Desirable:

• FIFO/Village Management experience
• Standard 11
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Senior First Aid
• RMLV
• Current National Police Clearance
• Ability to pass a Coal Board Medical & Functional Assessment
