Monteath & Powys is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Built Infrastructure team at the Newcastle West office. You will oversee projects across strata residential, education, infrastructure, commercial, and government sectors, guiding all PM stages from design to handover.

The role calls for strong communication, stakeholder management, and a current NSW Driver's Licence, plus NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing projects in strata residential, education, infrastructure, commercial, or government sectors.
• Proven capability across all stages of project management—from relationship building and design through to procurement, contract administration, construction, and handover.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A current NSW Driver's Licence.
• A current Working with Children Check (for paid employment) or willingness to obtain one.
• A team-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to our positive workplace culture.

We are currently seeking aProject Managerto join our Built Infrastructure team in our newNewcastle Westoffice and contribute to our strong pipeline of exciting projects.

About You

We're looking for a motivated and collaborative professional with:

A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience managing projects in strata residential, education, infrastructure, commercial, or government sectors.

Proven capability across all stages of project management - from relationship building and design through to procurement, contract administration/superintendency, construction, and handover.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A current NSW Driver's Licence.

Highly developed computer skills and aptitude.

A current Working with Children Check (for paid employment) or willingness to obtain one.

A team-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to our positive workplace culture.
