Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects in WA and across Australia, taking ownership from award through to final handover while meeting programme, budget, quality and safety objectives.

You will work closely with customers, suppliers, engineers and internal stakeholders, coordinating multiple workstreams to keep projects moving and managing commercial, contractual and technical requirements along the way.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering complex electrical infrastructure, substations or transformer projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with contracts and variations in project environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly regarded.
• Technical knowledge of power transformers, testing or commissioning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources and project risk.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders across engineering, procurement and delivery teams.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support contract administration, change management and commercial performance.
