Job summary

NES Fircroft in Australia seeks an experienced Service Site Manager to lead installation, commissioning, testing and handover across major electrical projects. You will be the on-site contact, coordinating service teams, contractors and customers to deliver safely and efficiently with high standards.

You will oversee on-site activities, manage schedules and resources, and lead meetings to resolve technical or operational issues while upholding HSE and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Management, Service Management or Project Management within an electrical/industrial environment.
• Strong experience with installation and commissioning activities.
• Proven ability to lead engineers, technicians and contractors on-site.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of HSE, quality and site safety requirements.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site installation, commissioning, testing and handover activities.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, contractors and other site resources.
• Act as the main point of contact between the customer and project/service teams.
• Manage site schedules, resources and day-to-day project activities.
• Lead site meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with HSE, quality and project requirements.
• Conduct and document site and job safety inspections.
• Manage customer concerns and maintain strong working relationships.
• Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve customer operations.
