Job summary

TalentWeb | B Corp in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager to lead two client-side projects: a $180m education masterplan and a $15m commercial heritage refurbishment. You will work with a Project Director to oversee design, approvals, procurement and construction, ensuring milestones are met on an active campus.

A degree in Construction, Engineering, Property or related discipline and strong end-to-end delivery experience across education or heritage projects are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Property or related discipline.
• Local client-side PM experience.
• Strong end-to-end project delivery capability.
• Experience delivering new builds and major refurbishments.
• Education/commercial/heritage/aged care experience valued.
• Procurement and contract administration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director across major client-side projects.
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of a $180m education masterplan.
• Deliver a $15m commercial heritage refurbishment.
• Coordinate architects, engineers and specialist consultants.
• Drive design development, approvals and procurement.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting.
• Coordinate contractors and key project stakeholders.
• Drive project outcomes and key deadlines.
• Support projects through construction and completion.
